Appeal for information: Can you help?

Dear Resident

We are appealing to residents for information following a suspicious incident on Northumberland Avenue, Kidderminster.

At 10:55 hours on Saturday 12th July, an unknown male climbed over a locked gate and into the garden of a residential property. The male is described as Asian, with black hair and a beard, he was around twenty years old and wearing black t-shirt with a motif and black shorts.

At approximately 01:30 hours on Tuesday 15th July, two individuals were seen loitering outside the same property and attempted to climb over a gate before walking off minutes later down Blount Terrace. 

Both are believed to be male, slim and wearing long sleeved jackets and tracksuit bottoms. One was wearing a balaclava over his face and the other was wearing dark gloves.
